Brainspotting
45 - 90 minute sessions
Brainspotting begins with a simple observation: where you look can influence what you feel. During a session, we identify a point in your visual field—a brainspot—that feels connected to an emotion, body sensation, memory, or experience you want to explore. By maintaining that eye position while noticing what emerges, Brainspotting creates space to work with experiences that may not be easily accessed or expressed through words alone.
The process is collaborative, carefully paced, and grounded in dual attunement—attention to both your internal experience and the therapeutic relationship. Rather than directing what should happen, I remain present and attentive while you follow sensations, emotions, memories, images, thoughts, or shifts as they arise. Brainspotting can be integrated into ongoing psychotherapy or offered as an adjunct to your work with another therapist.

Focused Support Within Ongoing Therapy
Integrative hypnotherapy uses focused attention and deep relaxation to create space for experiences, emotions, beliefs, and patterns that may be difficult to reach through conversation alone. You remain aware and in control throughout the process while I guide you into a more inwardly focused state, where we can work with imagery, memory, body awareness, and the meanings you have made from your experiences.
Rather than following a single hypnotherapy model, I integrate hypnosis with psychotherapy and other approaches according to your needs, preferences, and goals. Our work might explore long-held beliefs, protective patterns, earlier experiences, or internal resources while making room for new perspectives and possibilities. As with all of my work, hypnotherapy is collaborative, carefully paced, and grounded in your autonomy—you decide what we explore and how far we go.
