Individual Sessions

45 - 90 minute sessions

In our first session, we’ll take time to explore your mental and physical health history, current concerns, and the rhythms of your daily life.

Together, we’ll clarify your goals and begin shaping a treatment plan that’s responsive to your unique needs. While we’ll start with a shared direction, the work may evolve as we listen closely to your body and what it’s asking for.

Sessions often include support for nervous system regulation and restorative sleep, both of which are essential to well-being. We will discuss how general wellness factors, such as nutrition and digestion, can impact mental health, and I can support you in exploring these areas with the appropriate healthcare providers.

Depending on your needs, our work might incorporate expressive arts, writing, gentle movement, or somatic practices to help shift entrenched patterns and build a stronger connection to your body’s signals.

This kind of attunement can support not only emotional resilience, but also more ease in communication, relationships, and physical health.

Mini-Intensives

3 hour Focused Support Within Ongoing Therapy

Mini-intensives offer targeted, short-term support to complement your ongoing therapy—not replace it. These sessions are designed to gently address particularly “stuck” trauma held in the body, persistent behaviors or patterns, chronic pain, complex grief, or diffuse anxiety that may benefit from deeper, focused attention.

Before we begin, we'll schedule a phone consultation to explore your therapy history, current goals, and treatment needs.

Whenever possible, this conversation should include your primary therapist, so we can ensure our work aligns with and supports your broader healing process.

Each mini-intensive begins with careful attunement—listening to your body’s signals and letting that guide our work. While these sessions are longer and more concentrated than typical therapy appointments, they are not a quick fix or “one and done.” We may meet for a series of two or more intensives, with each session building on the last.

These offerings are best suited as an adjunct to regular therapy, providing an opportunity to go deeper into focused areas without disrupting the continuity of your primary treatment.

Clients participating in mini-intensives must be under the care of a psychotherapist or counselor. This may be at HAVEN or elsewhere.

Group Sessions

Group sessions offer a meaningful way to deepen connection, build resilience, and support collective healing. There are a number of established groups available for individuals seeking support around themes like chronic pain, illness, grief, and trauma recovery. These groups often integrate intuitive mindfulness, gentle movement, expressive arts, and nervous system regulation practices to foster healing in a shared space.

Organizations—such as schools, nonprofits, or workplaces—are also invited to collaborate in creating custom group experiences tailored to the unique needs of their teams. These sessions can be held on-site or in the HAVEN studio, depending on the group size and duration of the session.

Group offerings may include psychoeducation, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and creative practices to help reduce burnout, restore connection, and spark a sense of clarity and creativity.

Whether you’re seeking personal support or hoping to cultivate wellness within your organization, group work offers a restorative and flexible pathway forward.
