Somatic Sunday is a gently guided, experiential gathering designed to nourish your body-mind connection, regulate your nervous system, and deepen your relationship with your inner wisdom.

Each session weaves together movement, meditation, expressive arts, journaling, sounding, healing self-touch, and somatic restoration practices. Together, we create a supportive and intentional space to pause, release, reinhabit, and reconnect.

This is not a performance or a productivity space—this is a restorative ritual for your whole being.

Living with chronic pain or illness can be an isolating, exhausting, and often misunderstood experience. This peer support group is a compassionate space to be seen, heard, and supported by others who truly get it.

Together, we create a circle of care where lived experience is honored, self-expression is welcomed, and no one has to navigate their journey in silence.

Peri-menopause Process Group

$60 | In Person | Monthly Gathering | 90 minutes

Peri-menopause is a profound rite of passage—one that is often misunderstood, medicalized, or endured in silence. But it doesn’t have to be.

This process group is a supportive and embodied space to explore the emotional, physical, and psycho-spiritual dimensions of peri-menopause in community with others walking a similar path.

Together, we name what’s changing, grieve what’s shifting, celebrate what’s emerging, and remember the wisdom carried in this sacred threshold.

Join us this October for a restorative weekend nestled in the golden hills of Tennessee, surrounded by quiet cascades, forest trails, and the vibrant stillness of fall. This intimate retreat weaves together mindfulness, body-based practices, and holistic approaches to support emotional balance, embodied healing, and deep nervous system restoration. Set against a backdrop of crisp air and colorful leaves, we’ll gather for guided experiences in nature, somatic practices, and gentle creative exploration. A circle of guest facilitators—including bodyworkers, art therapists, energy practitioners, nature guides, and movement specialists—will offer grounded, compassionate care throughout the weekend. Whether you’re seeking rest, reconnection, or a deeper sense of inner clarity, this retreat offers space to slow down, soften, and listen to what your body and spirit are ready to remember.

Accommodations & Nourishment
All participants will enjoy cozy, retreat-style lodging and nourishing meals. We’re happy to accommodate dietary needs with advance notice. You'll have time to hike wooded trails, rest by quiet waterfalls, or simply curl up with a warm drink and let the stillness of the hills do its work.
