Group Retreats
HAVEN retreats create time and space to step outside ordinary routines and attend more fully to a particular experience, transition, or question. Retreats may weave together reflection, somatic practice, mindfulness, movement, creativity, therapeutic listening, ritual, time in nature, and opportunities for connection. Many are collaborative, bringing together professionals from different disciplines to explore the physical, psychological, relational, creative, and existential dimensions of our lives.
Retreats range from focused mini-retreats at the HAVEN Somatic Studio to day and weekend experiences at other locations, including an intimate wooded cabin setting. Join one of HAVEN’s curated retreats, or work with us to create a private experience for an existing group of friends, colleagues, caregivers, or community members. Each retreat is shaped around its particular purpose, participants, and setting, with attention to accessibility, pacing, nourishment, and the different ways people may choose to participate.
